PTO Meetings
The Rucker PTO executive board meets monthly. All general PTO meetings will be posted on our website and Facebook account a month in advance. General PTO meetings are open to all Rucker Elementary families and staff. Meeting minutes will be posted on our members only tab.
As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to transparency and accountability. We will be happy to provide a copy of our budget upon request.
PTO Bylaws & Standing Rules
The Rucker PTO is governed by Prosper ISD PTO Council Bylaws. In addition to the PTO Council ByLaws our Campus Standing Rules provides a detailed outline of our rules for our Vice President of Fundraising.
Rucker PTo's Field Trip Scholarships Criteria
If your child attends Rucker Elementary, The ONLY WAY to qualify for a PTO Field Trip Scholarships is if your child meets one of the following criteria:

The child’s family meets the federal income guidelines for the National School Lunch Program.

The child is homeless.

The student is the child of an active duty member of the armed forces.

The student is the child of a parent who was killed or injured while serving in active duty.

The child is currently or was previously in foster care.

The student is the child of a peace officer, a firefighter, or an emergency medical first responder who is eligible for the Star of Texas Award.
